- All licenses come with a package that includes an office rental agreement.
- No physical presence is required to establish a company.
- No more than 50 shareholders are allowed under the license.
- It is possible to combine several activities. Up to 3 activities are included in the basic package.

What are the share capital requirements?
Paid-up share capital is not required. A nominal share capital of AED 100,000 is recommended.

Documents required for registration:
- Documentation of the parent company (certificate of incorporation, certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, resolution establishing the subsidiary legal entity, etc.) if the founder is a legal entity.
- Copies of passports of members, managers, directors.
- Scan of visa and IDs of shareholders, managers and directors (if any).
- Photo of the founder/director/manager on white background.
